KRRA Referee Panels
Elite Panel
The Elite Panel consists of the association’s top-performing match officials responsible for officiating high-profile domestic and international fixtures.
Referees in this panel are appointed to:
- Kenya Cup top-tier matches
- Major national finals
- National Sevens Circuit finals
- International fixtures under Rugby Africa and World Rugby
Elite Panel referees are expected to maintain the highest standards of:

National Panel
The National Panel includes experienced referees officiating across national competitions and serving as the backbone of Kenyan rugby officiating.

Referees in this panel are continuously assessed and developed with opportunities to progress into the Elite Panel.
Contender Panel
