The Kenya Rugby Referees Association (KRRA) is led by a dedicated team committed to the growth, professionalism, and development of rugby officiating across Kenya.

Our leadership brings together experience, integrity, and a deep passion for the game, working to support referees at every level—from grassroots competitions to the international stage.


Executive Leadership

Alfred Okwemba

President – Kenya Rugby Referees Association (KRRA)

Alfred Okwemba serves as the President of KRRA, providing strategic leadership and oversight for rugby officiating in Kenya. He plays a key role in strengthening referee development, institutional growth, and partnerships that support the advancement of the game.


Victor Oduor

Secretary – Kenya Rugby Referees Association (KRRA)

Victor Oduor oversees the administrative and operational coordination of the association. His role includes communication, match official coordination, and supporting the smooth running of KRRA activities across the country.


Alice Zawadi

Treasurer – Kenya Rugby Referees Association (KRRA)

Alice Zawadi is responsible for the financial management and accountability of the association. She oversees budgeting, financial planning, and resource management to support KRRA programmes and activities.


Constant Cap

Head of Training & Technical – Kenya Rugby Referees Association (KRRA)

Constant Cap leads referee education, technical development, and high-performance training within KRRA. He is responsible for strengthening officiating standards, mentorship programmes, and referee pathways across all levels of the game.


Serving the Game Nationwide

KRRA works closely with regional referee societies across:

  • Coast
  • Rift Valley

Together, these structures help ensure the consistent development, appointment, and support of rugby referees throughout Kenya.
