The Kenya Rugby Referees Association operates through a structured governance framework designed to provide accountability, professional leadership and effective coordination of rugby match officiating across Kenya.

KRRA's governance structure brings together the national office, the leadership of its five Rugby Referees Societies and specialist committees responsible for key areas of Association operations.
The framework ensures that decisions affecting referee development, appointments, finance and administration are made within a clear institutional structure.
It also provides a mechanism through which the regional societies participate directly in the governance and strategic direction of the national Association.

Malik Ndemi
Malik Ndemi serves as the Referee Administrator following his appointment by the Kenya Rugby Union. The role provides administrative support and coordination within the wider rugby refereeing structure.

KRRA operates within Kenya's wider rugby administration and maintains professional relationships with regional and international rugby governing structures.
The Association is an associate affiliate member of the Kenya Rugby Union and works closely with Rugby Africa and World Rugby in the development of rugby match officiating.
